Hole in the Head 'In Competition' at Seville

We had a great time at Festival de Sevilla for the European / Spanish premiere of HOLE IN THE HEAD. The film screened In Competition as part of the prestigious "Endless Revolutions" section, which also included new works by masters Eugène Green and Rita Azevedo Gomes! We were met with sold out shows, great Q&As, and an absolutely fantastic audience for all 3 nights! Cinema is alive in Sevilla! Special thanks to Javier, José-Luis, Fernando, Sarah, Carlos, Marina, Helena, Dani, and the remarkable Jaime for his translation skills.

Hats off to the absolutely incredible Eleanor Melinn for helping us to put this together as well as her assistance with our Spanish translation. A thank you also to Núria Gómes for her invaluable translation skills, and to Zoo Digital for their final pass.

A big shout out to my dear friend, the extraordinary film critic and writer, Borja Castillejo Calvo, whom I finally had the privilege of meeting in-person, and also for live translating a 90 minute talk with maestro, Alexsandr Sokurov.
